Phase One – Construction of Basement Egress Windows

During phase 1of this project Cleo’s Construction build and poured concrete window well retaining walls in order to provide basement egress windows. An Egress window serves as an emergency exit from the basement as well as an entry for firefighters and emergency medical personnel.

Phase Two – Driveway, Pathways, Sidewalk, Front Door Porch & Basement Stairwell

The second phase of this project consisted of pouring new a new concrete driveway, pathways, sidewalk, and a basement stairwell for providing a new door access into the basement.
